This project aimed to create a cohesive suite of apps with a central dashboard, focusing on providing quick and effortless marketing solutions for small businesses. The initial apps included a website builder, a customer relationship management system, and a content management system.

I worked with the Product Owner, Product Managers, and System Architects to gather valuable insights on the current systems. Together we were able to identify common pain points and challenges our internal and external users faced. This information was essential to helping us improve and optimize our design and approach to creating the dashboard.

Users faced challenges with navigating the disjointed collection of apps. As the apps were all stand-alone entities, there was inconsistent branding, redundant workflows, and a mix of technologies running in the background.

As a team we created a plan to systematically tackle this project. Individual apps would be updated and/or redesigned with new technology, user-friendly interfaces, and consistent branding. With the ultimate goal of having all the apps live within the dashboard.
